Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are $300 per person and are non refundable but may be applied to a later booking for the same year, with a 60 day advance notice.  Your remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival at our airbase in White River. Please note we accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Cheque and or Money order for final balance.

Cancellations require a 120 day notice to qualify for a refund. Cancellations received within 120 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or prepayment.

In the event it is not possible to complete a trip due to Covid-19, a related event, emergency declaration or border closure, we will issue credit memo for the full deposit received which will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue. This complies with the spirit of Ontario’s Travel Industry Act.

Wilderness Fly-In Outpost Cabin

packages include floatplane transportation to and from your fully equipped cabin with propane fridge, stove, lights, gas grill, boats, motor and unlimited fuel.

Deluxe Fly-In Outpost Cabin

packages include the same amenities as Wilderness Cabins with the addition of a generator, electric lights, indoor washrooms with hot and cold running water.
