Cornish Lake Outpost
Cornish Lake, 74 miles (45 minutes) northwest of our airbase, is 2 miles long and 3/4 mile wide with a rocky weedy structure and a depth of 15 ft on average but down to 40 ft in spots.
A new 22 X 22 log cabin was completed in 2001 with built in beds and foam mattresses, propane lights, wood burning air tight for heat, full size propane refrigerator, full size propane cookstove with oven. All cooking utensils and dishes are supplied. Sleeps up to 8.
14 ft aluminum boats with 9.9 horse power, 4 stroke outboard motors are available for each 2 adult fishermen.
